THE MAPUTLA CIRCLE
A Day of Truth, Sisterhood & Coming Home to YourselfA one-day intimate experience for women standing at a threshold between what has been and what comes next. The Maputla Circle brings ten women together for honest conversation, embodied practice, reflection and connection. Not to perform healing. Not to chase answers. But to create enough space to hear what is true. Different story. Same feeling. And in that, none of us has to carry everything alone.
THE INTENTION
Some seasons ask you to keep moving. Others ask you to stop long enough to notice what you have been carrying.
The Maputla Circle is designed as a pause: a day to step outside familiar roles, reconnect with your body and voice, and meet other women without the pressure to have everything figured out.WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCEOpening and closing women’s circlesGuided reflection and journalingWitnessed listening practicesBreath and embodimentThe Three Doors Maputla reflectionConversation around identity, patterns and self-trustA nourishing shared lunchTime for integration, connection and rest

THE THREE DOORS
Release. Understand. Return.A guided Maputla reflection that invites you to name what you have been carrying, explore a wider perspective without excusing what hurt, and reconnect with what you need now. There is no required outcome. No forced forgiveness. No pressure to share more than you choose.
WHO THIS IS FOR
For the woman who knows something is changing. You are navigating a transition or new chapter. You feel disconnected from the life you have been performing. You are ready to look honestly at a pattern you no longer want to repeat. You want meaningful connection with women beyond surface-level conversation. You are open to reflection and body-based practices while honoring your own boundaries.

HOW THE WORK IS HELD
You are always invited, never forced.
Maputla is built around consent, confidentiality, choice and respect. You may speak, listen, journal, observe or step away from a practice when needed. Personal sharing is not a requirement for belonging in the room.Specialized practices are facilitated within the practitioner’s scope. The Maputla Circle is a personal-growth retreat and is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis care.
